In this temporary backfill role within the Capital Efficiency team (Business Insights & Control), you act as the primary finance business partner for inventory control. You collaborate closely with operational teams to translate supply chain developments into actionable financial impact and maintain robust governance.
Your key focus areas:
- Deliver clear transparency into inventory performance, working capital drivers, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
- Partner with operational stakeholders, including Planning & Delivery and Re-use & Repair teams, to optimize inventory steering.
- Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory planning and performance management cycles.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement to boost forecasting quality and reporting efficiency.
- Coach team members and guide interns to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
